Life is hard
But we can make it easy

What’s restraining us from being who we truly want to be

To send it to the skies
To clear it from our thoughts and feelings
The past haunts us
Stays with us…
It’s hard to let these thoughts free
To believe what one says when you believe the opposite
To believe what one does when you believe you don’t deserve it
To believe that one actually feels what they feel…
When your heart takes you back
To see those times of hurt
To see those times that will haunt you for the rest of your days
